Originally from Pennsylvania, Shelby Moncada moved when she was in grade school to Arizona, Phoenix area, where she currently resides in Tonopah, Arizona with her family. After graduating high school, Shelby studied business management at Wichita State University and holds a CMCA and CAAM certification. She’s spent more than 20 years in project management, previously working for various homeowners’ association community management companies, as Director of Operations, before transitioning into construction project management. As a Project Manager for Lifestyle Homes, Shelby is responsible for overseeing subcontractor change orders, budget management, project cost estimation, and the procurement of subcontractor contracts. She is an active member of National FFA Organization, a premier youth organization preparing members for leadership and careers in the science, business, and technology of agriculture. Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys arts and crafts and spending time outdoors hiking and camping.
