Jason Hawk grew up in San Jose, California In 1994, after graduating high school he moved to Arizona, joining his brother, working in the construction industry. He returned to California and eventually took a position in inside sales for a tech company. In 2002, Jason returned to Arizona and the construction industry, working for a local company as a general contractor. He and his brother eventually went out on their own building residential and commercial projects. In 2014, he was hired as a construction superintendent at Meritage Homes, where he spent the next five years before joining Lifestyle Homes. During his more than 15 years in the industry, Jason has learned what it takes to resolve permitting issues, how to accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets. As Project Manager, Jason collaborates with engineers and architects to determine project specifications and works closely with the project superintendents on day-to-day implementation of construction plans. Jason is married to his high school sweetheart and they have two daughters who loves spending time with when he is not working. He also enjoys camping, golf and relaxing at the beach.
