David Noonan’s career in homebuilding began in 1978 when he went to work for local homebuilding icon Dell Trailor. He then went to work for Gold Key Homes before joining Centex Homes in 1990 as a Superintendent and eventually an Area Construction Manager. It was during the early years at Centex Homes David first met Lance Keller when Lance took a summer job framing homes in a community David managed. Lance eventually came to work for Centex Homes a few years later as well. The two men crossed paths again when after eight years David left Centex Homes and joined Lance at KB Home as a Construction Manager where he moved up to VP of Construction and then Senior VP of Operations/ Qualify Party. Fast forward 7 years and the two again teamed up at Elite Communities. Then, when Lance needed a VP of Construction at Lifestyle Homes, he reached out to David to offer him the position. David is originally from Washington but spent much of his childhood in Phoenix. After high school, he attended Phoenix College and began working for a home builder where he found his calling. He loves working outdoors, developing construction teams and helping his staff grow, as well as providing clients with quality homes and service. When David is not at work, you can find him fishing or golfing and enjoying time with his wife and their daughters and granddaughters.
