Job Summary:
Seeking committed persons looking to work in an entrepreneurial environment for a General Contractor building high density residential homes for rental communities. We are looking for a skilled purchasing coordinator to perform a variety of administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage current & future community contracts for all residential trades and subcontractors
  • Provide purchasing support
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain purchasing documents and record
  • Manage current communities’ contracts
  • Manage Vendor Insurance
Qualifications:
  • Construction: minimum of one year (Preferred)
  • Purchasing: minimum of one year (Preferred)
  • Competency in MS Office, Proficient in Excel 
  • Familiar with Marks Homebuilder System a plus but not required
  • Willing to train the right candidate
