Luigi Benvin grew up in Long Island, New York before heading out west to attend ASU, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Luigi has worked for some of the largest industry leaders in construction and development including Kiewit, Adolfson & Peterson, Opus and KB Homes. During his more than 30-year career, Luigi has managed in some capacity the due diligence, entitlement, acquisition, development, and construction of more than three million square feet of commercial/industrial/mixed-use developments and more than 13,000 lots with extensive offsite infrastructure. As Director of Pre-Development, Luigi provides the link between concept and construction, managing the pre-development/pre-construction, estimating, and planning process, coordinating with engineers, architects, clients, subcontractors and the LSH construction team. Luigi is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and a licensed Arizona real estate broker. He is a frequent guest lecturer for the ASU Construction Management program and regularly volunteers through church. Luigi enjoys golf, skiing, cooking and cheering on his ASU Sun Devils when he is not working. He and his wife live in Chandler and are proud parents to their two grown daughters.
