Job Summary
Seeking committed persons looking to work in an entrepreneurial environment for a General Contractor building high density residential rental communities. The primary role of the Assistant Superintendent is to support and assist the Construction Superintendent on the job site, manage scheduling, supervise subcontractors, and provide outstanding customer service to vendors.
Responsibilities
  • Associates degree or 6 months – 1 year of previous construction experience
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Strong written and verbal communications
Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions
  • Basic understanding of construction skills and trades
  • Self-starter that completes tasks in timely manner
  • Fast learner that is attentive to details and possesses strong organizational skills
