Job Summary
Seeking committed persons looking to work in an entrepreneurial environment for a General Contractor, building high density residential rental communities. Construction Superintendent will be onsite, leading teams in community construction projects, working with vendors and municipalities.
Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in construction and/or working for a GC
  • Previous experience supervising others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must work with vendors in municipal areas throughout Greater Phoenix
Qualifications
  • Track record as a Construction Superintendent
  • Works well independently
  • Ability to establish and manage timelines and budgets
